I'm so proud of you...You are doing great, Jill! I'm so proud of you for posting that. The whole time I was reading it, I wanted to yell out YOUR TALL! Until I saw that you finally said that you were 5'10". That is really tall for a woman and your going to weigh more than your little 5'6" sister, and most of the female population (which is 5'5" in the US). But when you get down to your goal weight, you'll be like a goddess with your long legs! (even if one is smaller than the other LOL) ;)

Just keep at it and ignore the number on the scale. I'm impressed with your measurements. Thats a lot of inches in just two weeks! 7 inches total! You have lost 32 lbs of weight, but think how much muscle you have added with your weight training. That means you lost even more than 32 lbs of pure fat. That is amazing! And the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism is and you'll just keep burning the fat.

You are right about this time being different! You have Bennie working out too, and the support of your whole family. And your attitude is a lot better this time around too! You have to know that your beautiful and only getting better every day!Dawnnoreply@blogger.com
